Really like the cover, it's very pretty and the eco-friendly hot water bottle works well. However, the picture and description makes this look cushioned, and it's absolutely not, the cover is thinner than the usual ones.

Brought the hugo for my daughter who uses it even in the summer. She has used it for the past 15 years, travelling to 23 countries with it and it finally had enough and got a leak last month.
